Adding, removing and reordering content sections

In the customizer panel on the left side of the screen you will see a list of sections that are already in the current page.

You can add new sections in the list by using the “add section” button at the bottom of the list. This will open a panel showing the available content sections. To add a section to the page simply click on it.

Sections can easily be reordered by dragging and dropping them in the list.

Also, each section has a “delete” button that you can use to completely remove that section.

Each section also has an “add to menu” button that will add a menu element that links directly to that section. This can be very useful if you want to quickly create a menu for a one page site. To change the label of the menu button, just click the section title and change the text - it will update in the menu, too.

For more advanced menu editing (like reordering the buttons, creating submenus, etc) please use the “Menus” section of the Customizer. See more here https://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen
